a) Cancellation of the Entire Tour by the company

There is a minimum number of passengers needed for each tour. Rocky Tour and Travels reserves the right to cancel tours at short notice if this is not achieved. If this is not possible, we will provide you with alternative tour dates and the possibility to travel on your own, out of the group. In case neither of them is acceptable, the refund of the amount paid shall be made within thirty days after the cancellation, without the deduction of any costs that have been incurred on your behalf.

b) Cancellation of Booking(s) by the company with Cause

The company may cancel a booking if the Traveller breaches the Terms and Conditions or fails to meet obligations, which include delayed payments, not obtaining a visa or insurance or a No Show. Refunds in these situations will be handled according to the refund policy. The company is not responsible for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, allied services such as air tickets, entry tickets and add-on tours.

c) Cancellation by the Traveller

The Traveller is responsible for notifying us in writing to cancel a booking. This notification shall be considered effective only if the notification is received by us, because we can only act on receiving the notification.

d) Cancellation Charges

The charges below are in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation. These are actual and are a genuine pre-estimate of damages payable as liquidated damages without proof of actual damage, and the Traveller will not dispute such deductions.

e) Visa Delay or Refusal

If the Traveller is unable to participate due to visa delay or visa refusal, they have cancelled on the date of the refusal of the visa.

f) Visa-Related Cancellation Near Departure

If the visa is delayed or refused near the departure, this will lead to the cancellation, and the Traveller will be liable for the relevant cancellation fee.

g) Default in Payment

In case of failure to pay the tour costs on time, or any other default, the company is entitled to cancel the booking with cause, with the charges calculated from the date of the cancellation notice.
